Floral smocked off shoulder dress

These colors are to die for! Perfect spring/summer dress!

The neck line has a nice little dip so it isn't a square neck.

You can wear this on or off the shoulder. 

Very true to size! The medium fits me perfect and I am a 34 C and 5 foot 3 inches. I typically wear a medium in everything.
